This project was comprised of 29 units situated on two separate but adjoining sites. A combination of 3-level townhomes and single level, concrete block constructed condominium garden suites, the buildings were constructed in the mid seventies and required upgrades and renovations including, fire safety upgrades, new exterior envelope, window and roof upgrades, interior refurbishments and landscaping. The goal was to bring long term family friendly affordable housing to this central mature Kelowna neighbourhood. Project was completed in 18 months, start to finish over 2008/2009.
